Septischer Schock, trotz adäquater Volumentherapie & NA ≥ 0,25 µg/kg/min > 3h UND MAD nicht >= 65mmHg

2ml Empressin ®= 40 IE + 48ml NaCl 0.9% in 50ml Perfusorspritze
0.03 IE /min =1.8 IE / h = 2.25ml / h (feste Dosis)
Höchstdosis: 0.04 IE /min
